Frozen Banana Berry Muesli
The other morning I was wondering around the kitchen thinking what to make myself for breakfast. I pulled a few things out of the freezer and started filling up my trusty blender. Here was the yummy result.
Ingredients
· 2 frozen bananas
· 1 cup of organic frozen berries
· ½ cup muesli
· 1 tblsp of chia seeds
· 1 to 2 cups of Almond milk
· 1 tsp honey
· 1 tblsp desiccated coconut
· Some frozen berries and goji berries
to add on top
Method
1. Pour desired amount of almond milk (you can add any milk of your choice) into the blender.
2. Blend the frozen banana, berries and muesli in small
batches until smooth
3. Once smooth add the chia seeds and honey and blend
4. Lastly pour mixture into a bowl, add desired amount of
berries and desiccated coconut on top. Then serve and enjoy!!!
